50 YEARS - 3 GENERATIONS - THOUSANDS OF MEMORIESSome people have inherited their grandfathers hazel eyes, knobby knees, or pesky cowlick. The Lambert family inherited the travel gene. Plain and simple, their grandpa passed on his ability to plan the perfect vacation and his passion for seeing the world.The StoryJust over 50 years ago, Dick Lambert, along with some close friends, decided to charter a flight to New Zealand to take a group of friends and family on a tour of the "Land of the Long White Cloud". Little did Dick realize at the time that he was beginning a travel legacy that would span three generations and would create thousands of precious memories. Dick and his friends had such great success with their New Zealand adventure that they decided to start Beehive Tours & Travel. Dick's son Chris joined the Beehive Team in 1971. Beehive had many years of success, and Chris moved up the ranks to become the Chairman of the Board.In 1990, Chris decided to start his own company, Destinations, Inc. Now almost two decades later, thousands of friends and clients have experienced the globe, and Destinations, Inc. has seen amazing growth. Chris's sons Rick and Kip joined his team in 1996, infused the business with their youthful enthusiasm, and have now assumed the daily operations of the company.The PerksSo what does this experience mean to you? It has allowed them to become insiders with cruise lines and resorts around the world to get the best deals. Chris Lambert
Chris Lambert, Founder & Owner of Destinations, Inc has an amazing story that is typical of the American Dream. After attending the worlds fair in Osaka, Japan in 1970 Chris fell in love with travel and abandoned his plans to become a wrestling coach. Chris joined Beehive Travel in 1971 and had many years of success. Chris moved up the ranks to become the Chairman of the Board.In 1990, at great personal risk, Chris decided to start his own company, Destinations, Inc. Now two decades later, thousands of friends and clients have experienced the globe, and Destinations, Inc. has seen amazing growth.Chris and Gloria, his wife of 39 years, have 6 children and 20 grandchildren and currently serve a humanitarian mission for the LDS Church in Salt Lake City, UT.Favorite Travel Destination: Israel, The Holy LandFavorite Exotic Food: Freshly Caught Alaskan King CrabFavorite Travel Quote: "The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page." - St. Augustine

Rick Lambert
Rick is the son of Destinations’ founder Chris Lambert and has travel in his blood. Before the age of 20 he had already set foot on 4 continents and gained a unique perspective on how travel impacts lives and perspectives. Rick took the reigns at Destinations back in 2004 and has led the company through booms and the recent bust and has put Destinations on a solid footing to ride out the storm.Rick lives in South Jordan, Utah with his wife and four kids and actively serves in his church and community. Kip Lambert
Son of Destinations, Inc founder Chris Lambert, Kip has travel in his blood. Before the age of 20 he had already been to Australia, Europe, Central & South America & the Middle East.After completing a mission for the LDS Church in Brazil Kip returned to marry his sweetheart, Missy and started full time in the business while attending Salt Lake Community College.Kip & Missy are now the parents of 5 beautiful kids and love serving in their church and community.Favorite travel destinations: Brazil, Tahiti, Hawaii Favorite exotic food: Fried PiranhaFavorite travel quote: "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didnt do than by the ones you did do. So what do you call a guy who is 6 foot 5, and just bursting with personality and wit? Stoney, of course!
Stoney has been with Destinations Groups & Incentives for several years and has made a huge impact on our business and team. He is a great salesman but also becomes a genuine friend of those he meets. His knowledge of destinations, resorts and cruise lines is extensive. Stoney has traveled the globe and speaks from great experience. His goal is not just to help our clients with outstanding service but to become a real partner in your incentive travel success.
Stoney is a Salt Lake City native. He and his wife Jen are the parents of 4 beautiful kids and currently reside in South Jordan, Utah.

Dana Christensen
Dana is the newest member of our staff and is the frontline voice and face you'll meet when you contact us. She has traveled extensively and knows her way around the ski slopes of Utah.Dana is a graduate of the University of Idaho and loves skiing, mountain biking, fishing ... well, pretty much anything to do outdoors!
